Schools conduct a minimum of three fire drills each school year. The Fire District participates in all of them to give their input and assist in making evacuation plans for each school. The Fire District offers fire extinguisher training to local businesses at no cost. Your business provides the fire extinguishers and we provide the training! Contact us at (847) 683-2629 or click the button below to schedule an extinguisher training class.

The District inspects over 300 buildings annually within our district.

If your business has a fire alarm system, the Fire District requires a Knox Key Box be mounted on the outside of your building.
